Guild Wars 2

I just did AC p3, and during the part where you change to ghosts, the skillbar arrows disappear even when out of combat and none of my teammates could change their skills, even in the Hero Panel. Apparently this happens when you change forms cause it just happened to someone else during the Inquest Fractal.

This happens whenever you get transformed now- so it happens in thaumanova and ascalon fractals as well!

Same here yesterday in Thaumanova Fractal !

This bug started after last nights patch, I noticed it in Fractals first, but just had it when doing the MAW world boss, in combat I have the pop up that I can select any skill while in combat, but as soon as im out of combat it goes away and I cannot change skills,

This needs fixed.
