since the Chaos update, my mailbox shows 1/10 emails, while before I was at 6/10.

To complete “Hint Completion”, you need to see hints, specifically the one “your mailbox is full”.

There are a few way to fix this, maybe remove the hint from the achievement, or fix the 1/10 in the mailbox.

I have been having the same problem all along, and have tried several times to overflow my mailbox.

I just did it yesterday with no problem. Just asked my friends to send me random letters.

Btw do you know that personal story letters, heart mission awards don’t count?
