Shadow of the Mad King event “New Afterlife for Quaggan” lists feeding the quaggan 1,000 piece of candy corn. Upon arrival in the Town of Prosperity the Quaggan “Drooburt” is still dead in the vines but you are unable to talk / trade with him.

Try Lions Arch instead. That’s where his ghost is at.

Yeah, he’s a ghost over in Lion’s Arch.

Ignore this post; “Drooburt” is in Lions Arch for the Halloween Even.

WHERE in LA exactly? Been looking for a while and no luck.

Oh I found him! To the left of of Traders Forum Waypoint.

I’m looking for him for the last 30 minutes and still can’t find him.
People are saying that he is appearing /disappearing : he is indeed not always available.
How to loose again more time with GW2 for nothing, this is becoming ridiculous.

I just came across someone who watched it disappear from infront of them.
