Clock Tower completion not working for me.

I have made it to the clock face a dozen times today. Not once did I successfully make it inside to the chest room.
I know this puzzle inside and out and I’ve never had a problem until today.
I’ve tried jumping early and late to compensate for my oceanic ping, but still keep losing apparently.

I don’t understand the issue, my internet is fine. Was the game patched at all?

Works fine for me. I’ve done it twice today

Its not a bug but feel your pain I had this same feeling last year happened to me 4 times on the trot but I realised it was how I was jumping

Don’t jump at to much of an angle face the same way as the final stairs do (with maybe a every so slight angle to the right if anything at all) soon as you see the window smash jump in. Will keep my eye on this post and see if your still having problems

The OP was saying he can not actually make it into the final room Constantine, Seems you have a slightly different problem. Just to make your aware that the reward from the chest after doing it first time round is currently 20 Empyreal Fragments once daily per account not character.

Had the same issue today, my norn kept sliding off the face of the clock. Switched after 4th try to human and it worked, jumping as usual.
