Guild Wars 2

When I go to character select and choose to create a new character, it shows a black screen that shows my cursor and plays the character select music. Playing any of my characters does not pose a problem. The only other relevant information I can think of is that this is a 7th character slot. Thanks in advance for the input!

I had the same problem. I restarted the game, chose “Create” again, and the black screen showed up. I Alt-Tabbed, waited a little, and when I came back to the game the “Choose Race” screen had shown up. Hope this helps!
