edit: post server maintenance, still can not queue for tournys. What a joke, this is getting way out of hand.

I received a response from Arenanet to my ticket that I submitted on 8/28. The canned message told me I should submit an ingame bug report. This is the second response I’ve received since 9/1, which at least said they were looking into it. I feel like I’m going backwards and losing progress. This is ridiculous at this point.

Still can’t play tournaments, this is ridiculous I bought this game to play PvP and I can’t do it, few people have this problem and you can’t do anything in two weeks ? I’m about to get a refund this is just unacceptable I’m tired of waiting for the product I payed when most of my friends are enjoying it.

Still waiting, we want to play the game we payed for, thanks. How hard can it be to solve an issue a minor portion of the player has ? Or maybe THAT’s the problem ? You don’t care about us because we’re only a few players so screw us ?
So frustrating.

LOL, sadly that seems to be the only solution atm.

Worst is that when they say they almost have the problem fixed and you get nothing more than silence for weeks.

I still can’t join tournaments either and it has been well over 2 weeks now. Any ETA on fix arenanet. Also I put in ingame support requests and through the website all I got was a 8 days later stating put a in game request in. Like the GM who responded did not even read what I wrote.

Doesn’t matter how good a game you make when you can’t support it and people can’t play it.

We have not heard from you devs in well over a week, could you please update. Thanks

Still waiting for a fix or at least a word from ANet, you have my money I want what I payed for, and I will not stop posting my complains as long as I don’t get a fix to the problem, thanks.

mine was fixed with todays patch finally

I cannot join tourny, i cannot invite people to tourny, when someone joins an empty spvp server i cannot play with them (1v1).
