Guild Wars 2

i have tried to do Ascalonian Catacombs story mode about 5 times now in the last 3 days. All time group of 5 all over lvl30, all in same area and not on overflow. But every time i go to go in I am allow, and if i just click the prompted from a team mate entering nothing happens.

Is this a Known issue?

If we enter alone its ok the first time then its bugged

Cant enter whit group.
