The change to the turrets inside the Thaumanova Reactor Fractal has made it so you can’t get the Bottle of Thaumanova Energy for Bolt III: Zap. I ensured I had the buff while trying, both with and with shield and Mistlock Singularity.

I also did not get the cooling room thing from Bolt III: Zap. I think both of the items you need to get from the thaumanova fractal are bugged at the moment.

Can’t say anything about the cooling room, as I did that one a couple days before the patch where it worked.
