Hello,
Has anyone else experienced a bug with second tier Personal Story questline on human character? It happened twice in a row to me with two different choices (circus and dead sister). I was playing with another member in a party and depending on who started the last quest, the person who started it get a reward and the other party member got stuck with unfinished quest.
The quest is shown in a map, but there’s nothing in the area. It says “read your mail”, but there’s no mail in the inbox.
I’ve sent a ticket, but I get no reply and I’m still stuck and unable to make any progress.

Which quest in that arc? If it was Liberation or The Ringmaster, you would have to wait until Level 20 to receive the mail. If you are already Level 20, try completely emptying your mailbox.

As far as missing rewards go, you may have to wait for the CS Team for assistance. Did you receive the nearly-immediate automated ‘Thank you for contacting…’ response? If not, check your junk/spam/etc. folders.
