During HOPE IV: The Catalyst collection you have to do “[Group Event] Kill Gargantula, the spider broodmother” to collect Gargantula’s Venom. But you have to do the pre event, “Free the soldiers trapped by spiders” first to spawn it. Because of the bandit events since been introduced, whenever both events are on if the first bandit event completes it spawns a new event with the legendary Bandit, it will always despawn the cocoons the soldiers are trapped in.

This has been bugging me a lot since I’ve been trying to get this finished and having to be blocked by this is a real downer.

I hope Anet please look into this A.S.A.P.

When I logged in today, there was a coccon with two orange swords on it. The last Seraph. Then, as supposed to, Gargantula appeared and we could kill it. Unbugged or just lucky, I can’t tell. But it worked.

Same problem… 6/7 all the time and i can’t finish Hope….

Same here, every map i go event still bugged at 6/7, cant finish my leg shield collection, couldn’t you just delete or change it to another?
Anet shows the worst player support service ever…

For several days, I have been encountering this issue, where in Harathi Hinterlands, the event preceding the Gargantula event is bugged.

The ‘Rescue the Seraph Soldiers’ event is stuck perpetually at 6/7 saved. I have tried Guesting to other servers, etc, but I keep being put into the same Map – several people in Map Chat have expressed the same issue.

This is making it IMPOSSIBLE to complete the H.O.P.E Tier 4 Catalyst Collection, because I need the item from Gargantula to even continue it.

This needs to be fixed. :/
