Which really bites because I have a lot of my characters in there. ;m; I keep getting network errors.

When I logged into someone at Rata Sum, I was able to but it was creepy. There were so few people there.

I too am having issues… my engi is parked in LA and is who I need to use right now, but I keep getting the same error.

Edit: I logged on to my thief who was parked in HoTM and used the LA portal and LA loaded in just fine with no errors. Logging in to LA via my engi still does not work.

Same error here, can’t get into LA (either through WP or logging in). Can’t play half my characters because of it…

Same cant load in to any of my characters since they are all in LA please push out a hotfix not how I want to spend the long weekend.

Same here. Trying to complete my personal story but zoning into Lion’s Arch causes my game to crash every single time and says something about a network error.

Same, can’t get into Lion’s Arch.
Seriously what’s going on? Every day seems there are 2+ areas that just become inaccessible for no reason.

People have figured out or saying it’s a specific server? Shut it down if that’s the case, this is getting pretty bad. Lion’s Arch is pretty much my character’s home, I usually log out there. Is no place in the game safe any more from this issue?

I was about to report this bug with mine, but I noticed that I’m not the only one affected by this. I have 4 toons stationed in Lions Arch and can’t log in on them, but my other 2 stationed in Divinities Reach and Harathi, I was able to get in the game. Something is keeping me/us from getting into Lion’s Arch. This is recent because I was just in LA like 30-40 minutes ago.

I have the same issue as well, regardless of which toon, LA is inaccessible.

Other areas loaded into are perfectly fine.
Rather annoying it closes back to the launcher too.

I’m having the same issue. Notification states a network error (attached). All of my characters are in LA at the moment. Am guessing this is affecting thousands of players.

I am able to log in LA now. It’s working for all of my LA station toons.

I’m so happy that I’m stuck choosing between my necro, ranger and mesmer instead of the characters I actually want to play =/

Same error. Was able to log into my thief in Hoelbrak just fine though.

I was able to log in 2 of my characters and got them to another zone asap. Now to get at the one I was trying to use in the first place who is parked in LA right now.

Was having the same problem, until I logged in as a different character that was outside of Lion’s arch, then doing the ‘character select’ off the log out menu and switching to a character inside lion’s arch. They then loaded in just fine.

This might be a temporary workaround, I don’t know. People who are still stuck, give this a try and see if it works for you.

I have this error as well. It appears identical to one that I encountered yesterday, except in that case I was trying to load the Grove (note – Lion’s Arch loaded fine yesterday. I have not tried the Grove today). I also get booted out if I try to enter LA via walking or waypointing, but in those cases the character is able to be loaded again in the zone that it was trying to leave.

There, got all of my characters out of dodge. Ironic this should happen just as LA is being rebuilt.

Now watch a daily today involve the mystic forge, events, or fractals.

Tried logging in as a different character and swapping at character select but still booted.
Re logged as my character in Hoelbrak and did my PvP daily, then entered LA with him fine.
Moved him out then tried character select for a LA character. Worked this time.
Now there is a build ready in 10 mins. Think it’s working now or will be soon.

new build coming up …. maybe a fix?
