I’m also experiencing this now. There has been no exit prompt, I believe since the patch last night. I did the Braham Living Story missions last evening and they functioned fine. However, tonight I’ve repeated those missions and done the first Rox mission, and none of the instances have given me an exit prompt. The only way out is to waypoint.

There’s currently a bug where if you’ve completed the personal story, you won’t get the instance exit marked for you. We’re working on a fix for a future update.

Just as a future note to save yourself the WP fee if you’re stuck without an exit, relogging will bring you out of any instance. Or head to WvW/PvP and take the portal to LA. Should save you some coin at least until this is fixed.
