Guild Wars 2

So i was doing the Scarlet event, killing champions and i noticed that my exp bar is full, when i moused over it said 255.024/254.000
Now after getting some exp the bar shows 36.910/254.000 but the bar graphic is full, also i did not receive a skill point from when i leveled previously.
Allot of people that i spoke to in my guild have this problem.

Now that you mention it: my bar is full too, but when I hover over it it says ‘147.690/254.000’

A guildmate and myself were both just experiencing this…

As I was typing up the response I watched my bar go to half and start counting XP….

I asked in map chat and multiple ppl have full bars too with no gain…

I just mapped and it went full again, and not counting XP….

Seems one of my sigils may have shifted to “chance of XP on kill” I get xp w/ scepter torch, but not with scepter focus…..

Yeah, it counts up from 50% to 100% and then when it reaches 100% it then goes back down to 50% instead of 0%. It also counts up very quickly, according to the short amount of time I’ve played today I could have leveled up 10 times but in reality it wouldn’t have been a single time.
