I was playing this morning and GW2 ran fine. I downloaded the new content patch and now when I try to log into the game all my PC does is flash a black screen. When I go into my task manager it says GW2 is not responding. The only way I can get out of the flashing srcreen is either by logging off my PC or restarting it completely. Does anyone have a suggestion as how to fix this?

when i change the target from
“C:\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe”
to
“C:\Guild Wars 2\Gw2.exe” -perf -windowed
the computer reboot
