Can't place siege in home BL
Can’t place siege in home borderland. lol
More reason not to play.
Are you sure the map didn’t hit the siege cap?

I have run into this issue as well (not a cap limit). Re-login to game fixed. Unfortunately, if there is que in the BL, you are screwed. You can mail siege to another player and have them drop it, that has worked for me as well.
