Guild Wars 2

As you can see in my gem pop-up, the grey redeem button is disabled, can’t click on it or whatever.. any tips ?

p.s. random letters in the bar

I have the same problem. you’ll see an old code, it also does not light up, can’t click it or whatever. As you can see on my screenshot in the chatbox someone else also has the same problem.
