Can't represent guild.
I am leader and don’t have permission to do anything. It’s been 2 weeks and still no answer …..
This sucks. I can’t see the chat or communicate in any way. I can’t contribute either. I’m just dead weight.

Try zoning to different zones. I had this problem and after a bit of fooling around and zoning back and forth I was able to switch my guilds.
It might not work for you but it’s something to try at least until a permanent fix is implemented.
Encountered this problem today on my alt, I can’t represent my only guild… thankfully my main is representing the guild, so there’s that.
Still mildly frustrating.
