Guild Wars 2

So I’m playing a level 18 Sylvari Necro and really loving the game. I went spite, but then I decided I’d rather go more Blood Magic. I went and bought the skill book, and when I double click it, it makes a sound like it should be working. I look at my skills, and they haven’t reset, and I still have the skill book. Am I doing something wrong?

To reset your skills you need to speak to the trainer and ask them to reset your trait points; you do not buy the book again to reset them. The next level book will reset them as well though, but you are not there yet.

You can reset your trait by selecting the 2nd option at your profession trainer. 5c per point.

It sounds like you bought another book to learn traits, to reset the traits from my understanding and checking the NPC you need to click on the second option that says “I’d like to retrain my traits” and not “Show me your manuals”.
