Guild Wars 2

Not sure if this is a bug or it is intended (although I can’t think of a good reason why that would be). I tried every salvage kit in the game and they just don’t do anything.

There are some versions which are unsalvagable. Usually they are crafted via the non discovery recipe.

For example there is:

Voyagers Robes (drop item) ~ Can be salvaged
Voyager’s Robes (craft item) ~~ Cannot be salvaged
Clrerics Robes (drop item) ~ Can be salvaged
Cleric’s Robes (craft item) ~~ Cannot be salvaged

I’ve fallen prey to this many times and bought the wrong item to salvage.

Just need to pay close attention to the names and make sure they are not apostrophies.
