Same issue. I can see items, but can’t purchase. (The buy button won’t ungrey)
No problem selling.
Have you guys tried deleting your local.dat file? Check the tech support forum for the location on PC. Otherwise, I’d say submit a ticket.
This fix works for most tp issues on the mac (different file, similar in nature), not all, but most.
You can try this :
-Close GW2
-Go to C:\User\<you windows user name>\AppData\Local\Temp and look for a folder named gw2cache-{<bunch of hexadecimals>} and delete the directory or its content.
-restart GW2
Best MMOs are the ones that never make it. Therefore Stargate Online wins.
sadly tried these and its still not working for me thank you for your ideas though

I have the same problem, my trading post wouldn’t load. It occured after the last 2 patches.
I had the same problem.
What I got told to do was go to My Computer and create a new Admin account.
Try that and start Gw2 up that way

Got a couple more suggestions
1. Press and hold the Windows key and then hit the R key. This should bring up the Run dialog box.
2. Type MSCONFIG and hit the Enter key. This should open the System Configuration Utility.
3. Click on the Services tab and check the Hide All Microsoft Services checkbox near the bottom then click the Disable All button.
4. Next go to the Startup tab and click the Disable All button.
5. Once these items are all disabled, click the OK button and you will get a prompt to restart your computer. Please restart your computer.
6. Once you return to Windows, please try connecting to the game again. If your issue is not resolved by using MSCONFIG, please generate a new Game Advisor report prior to disabling MSCONFIG. That way, we can see what, if anything, wasn’t disabled by these steps.
To reverse these settings, simply run MSCONFIG again and click Normal Startup on the first window labeled General.
