Guild Wars 2

For a while now, my friend’s display name has been “…” whether she is online or not. Is there any way to fix this? We have tried removing and adding each other as friends, relogging, and blocking and unblocking each other, it still shows up as an ellipsis. Any help will be appreciated. I also attached a screen shot to help illustrate the issue.

Although it has been like this for a week, tonight’s maintenance seems to have cleared up the issue. Thanks!

I did not have this problem before tonight’s maintenance and now, after maintenance, all but two of my friends show up as “…”
