Guild Wars 2

I can’t see the name of my friends I see them as “…” and today one of them was whispering to me, and I couldn’t see him, neither I could answer him since it said he was offline.
1 of them worked and appeared as the actual name and not …, but the others didn’t.

This is also happening to me. And when I logged out again and logged back in the one friend that I could see the name had also changed to “…”
