Recently for no idea, I cannot see when my party members target another player in PvP. I can see it when I target someone but when other do I am unable to see it. Anyone have any suggestions?

Have you tried a -repair of the client, just in case of corrupted file(s)? Or submitting a Tech Support ticket?
