Can't see titles under player names (wvw)
Has anyone else noticed this?
Thats good, they were really annoying, and no way to turn them off.

No, no titles unless I have them targetted, then the title only shows at the top of the screen under (or is it over lol) their health bar.
Thats fine I prefer not to see them.

It is intended. It did, however, slip through the release note cracks. You should only see them for your target and party members.
