My friend and I both have the same problem. Initially, these were soulbound, I believe, but were later changed to be tradeable. If anything can be done or said as to why neither of our tonics can be sold on the TP, please let me know.
(both were originally obtained on our accounts, they were not bought off the TP, and neither has the option to be sold on the TP)
