The title says it all. The npc once the event is over can’t be interacted with to purchase the Ancient Orrian Urn. Its the last one I need to complete the Bolt: 1 The Experimental Sword collection. I believe lots of people are also complaining/ having the same issue as well.
There are a few NPCs that won’t allow you to purchase stuff unless the game thinks you participated in the events leading to their appearance (or turning into a vendor). Any chance that is what’s going on?
