When The Black Lion Trading Company doesn’t work for me. I cannot purchase your currency so I can buy the cool stuff on your store. Seriously, what the hell, I have a lot of money, but no where to spend it.

Let me describe my problem. The Black Lion Trading Company window doesn’t load. It does the loading visual, but nothing happens. I can’t spend my money nor get anything from the AH. This problem started when I click on one of those mobile AH robots. How do I know, well this is the second time I get this problem and it happened around the same time I used of those robots. Problem is, I don’t remember how I fixed it last time.

Any help will be appreciated and I want to spend more money.

I’m having the same problem.
Ever since last night’s new build, the Trading Post just isn’t working for me on all tabs (apart from pick up)…there’s just the orange ‘loading’ circle.
Tried zoning, client restart, internet restart, checked connection, firewall…
Everything was a-okay yesterday, as i made a purchase from the gem store, but now nothing.

if you have issues with the black lion trading company, just relog and that will usually fix it and let you buy/sell on tp and use their in game store

There was a recent issue on the tech forums that none of the standard fixes for this known inconvenience weren’t working. I spent almost 2 days helping different people until Sorcerak posted on the forum I linked.

So, they may just be experiencing the typical bug or they may have to do this to get it working again.

Still having the same problem. I’m going to stop playing this game till the issue is resolved.

Have you filed a ticket? You really should take a look at the tech support forum at the sticking about submitting a ticket and follow those instructions. Then once the support team figures out what’s wrong, you can post your fix back here for others who may have the same issue.

I have experienced the inability to utilize the Black Lion Trading Post for selling or purchasing period. I logged in several hours ago and although I can play the game without issue, I can’t sell or purchase anything from the trading post.

I’ve reported this issue in the game via the bug report so hopefully someone will get this fixed before too long.

When I had issues with the gem store not loading properly, deleting the gw2cache folder solved it for me.

Close the game. Go to your AppData folder. Then go into the Local folder, followed by Temp. Find the folder(s) that starts with “gw2cache” and delete them. Start the game again and see if it’s fixed.

I have an issues that I believe is along the same lines – I can only “touch” certain things but I can’t sell, can’t talk to any NPC but I can certainly die and lose quite a lot from not being able to gather – so much for the “event” part of this game.
