I can’t unlock season 2 of living story(( When i push «Buy now» button in Story Journal i see strange error – Network problem (code = 1078:1003:2:1069:101) … but my connection is well.
And Tangle root outpost is empty, only another players and one event….(((

I already write some tickets in the game support and in this website support.

Support advice me «change map and try again» don’t work for me.

Any advices?

Try picking up all the items waiting for you at the Trading Post. Once the queue is emptied, you should be able to unlock the Story.

Yes. In that case, I don’t really know. You could try reading the other threads about this issue, or update your ticket with CS and explain that their proposed solution was not helpful. You should not even see the ‘Buy Now’ option.

I’m not sure what you mean when you say Tangle Root is empty…just players and events. That is what is supposed to be there, afaik.

Oh! You are trying to unlock the Story with a Level 80 character, correct? If not, you must use a max level character.

I use 2-3 characters 80 lvl ofc =) I don’t see another threads with the same problem(may be i just wrong looking=) Tangle Root Outpost its area in the Brisban – Gates of Maguuma starts here – but i dont see starter NPC, Kesmer and Delacrua.

may be due to the fact that my account was recently hacked. and support kindly rolled back the state of my account (things, money, bank, achivki) on June 1. Teznicheski July 1 this patch did not exist =)

Are the characters you’re trying this on done with the main Personal Story (have they killed Zhaitan and followed up with Trahearne to get the PS reward)? If not, you have to go into your Story Journal tab (not in the Achievements tab), select Season 2, and then activate it there.

Yes am already done personal story. Yes i go to Story Journal (not achievement) then am select Living world season 2 – Gates of Maguuma and see strange button «Buy Now» – 0 Gems – when am push it i see error. Also i can enter in Dry Top but i cant see Living Story NPC.

I’ve read a couple of posts where others had issues with rolled-back accounts and the Living Story Season Two. Did you receive the letter from ‘E’? I think it is from ‘E’. That is what you need to start the episodes. If you haven’t received it, mention that to CS, as well.

You can only update your ticket with CS and explain what you have put in this thread, and ask for assistance, at this time.
