Guild Wars 2

I made a Mystic Salavage Kit on one character, and put it in my bank for another character. However, that second character can’t grab it from the bank. It just acts like it’s soul bound, even though it says that it’s account bound.

I have the same issue with the mystic salvage kit created on one character which is then not accessible by another character on the same account. They do appear to be functioning as soul bound rather than account bound items. Thank you for your time.
