okay, so I’ve been trying to use the armor merchant in both Eternal Battlegrounds and our servers Borderland all day today and I can’t get the merchants inventory to stay open. I talk to them, it opens for a split second and then it closes before I can buy new gear. it’s to fast for me to even get a screenshot of it. further more this seems to be the only merchant that does this. can anyone tell me what’s causing this and if there a fix for it? I’d really love not to have to reinstall the whole game again if that’s possible.

A small update. this only seems to be happening on one of my characters. a level 67 engineer.

I have only seen this happen on quartermaster npcs to order an upgrade, it simply closes window after i talked to them. Also a couple of friends had this issue with crafting stations and unsure whats causing it. Usually its ok after 1-2 more tries.

You could try a -repair of the client. Instructions can be found in the Knowledge Base. Top of Page – Services/Support – Tech Section.

thanks for the input…I’ve tried a -repair but to no avail. Ill keep trying to merchant as well.
