Quite simple, when I double click on it, or right click on it and then click “Use”, absolutely nothing happens. I can’t place it, view it, nothing, nadda. It’s been this way since I got it this afternoon, and I’ve restarted the client a couple of times since then. Other people seem to be able to use theirs in Lions Arch so I’m not understanding why I’m having such difficulty.
Edit: For some reason, I am able to use it in the racial cities but not in the wilds. If it’s supposed to be this way, it’d be helpful if that was in the tooltip. Anyways, I can live with this. Case closed. :P
