Guild Wars 2

I’m trying to withdraw items from my guild bank. Despite being the only member and Master of the guild I am unable to do so.
I can’t change the rank permissions any more either.

It’s been quite a while since I last did this so I’m not sure exactly when my ability to do these stopped if it was with the recent update or happened previously but I need to get some items out of my guild bank now and am unable to do so.

I have tried multiple characters, relogging and restarting my PC. Not representing and representing again – Nothing made any difference.

Also, I tried to submit a support ticket for this but it keeps telling me I cannot submit it because the e-mail address box is blank even though I have actually entered my e-mail address. I’ve tried four times now so I give up.

When submitting a request to the CS Team, make sure to choose an option from all drop-down menus.

You could also try a -repair of the client, in case of corrupted file(s). Top/Bottom of Page – Support – Search (Repair).
