The box comes up, some people can zone in but end up in an instance on their own, others can’t zone it all from the box or by running through the entrance.

Correct , Cant go Intance CoF lvl 75 Explorer Mode .
I mean it was alwasy like 1 person from party need Explorer mode , rest could have story mode. and you could enter. I CANT JOIN expl nor stroy mode as group
same with TA Explore. tried it with two different groups, we either couldn’t get in with the popup or we all ended up in different instances.
