Can u update the Festival npc
Today i just found out about the Shackles of Madness Skin i play pvp and dont keep up some time with the events but i do my metas maybe it my fault but why do we have a Festival NPC in the 1st place .
If updated, it would offer the rewards that Sonder does, Halloween Pails and the mini prince; it wouldn’t offer the Shackles of Madness since that is intended to only be available during Halloween.
