Guild Wars 2

I know its posted to the top, but its been nearly a month and a half since this bug was DISCOVERED and still there has been almost no response from devs! There is a bug causing anyone who transfers between NA and EU servers to gain no tournament rewards from either paid or free tournaments. I am personally down about 3QP that I should have due to this bug, along with countless chests. It has been said that if you win more matches on NA then it will work there, but I have over 700 matches won on EU, an almost unattainable task to repeat in a sensible amount of time. When will this bug be fixed? Im tired of sitting in the dark!

I haven’t played because of grad school deadlines which started during late October, and also because the current PvP structure doesn’t allow busy people like me to have any fun, since PUGs are constanty destroyed by organized teams and I’m too busy to get organized. Only have like a few hours a day at random times. This is Professor James btw, hope your bug gets fixed soon.
