I recived an email before the patch that indicate the position of the dungeon so I was gone there and i did the dungeon. Before the patch was possible to kill Canach with condition damage. I did that but i reported this exploit here for safety. After the update i did another Canach Lair. Before and after the update there is no loot or a chest in this dungeon. I hope you put some reward inside.

Our group also defeated Canach in story mode, not knowing what we were doing…
We managed to kill him, but received no rewards.
After the patch… we repeated the story mode… but none of us got the rewards that others who completed the dungeon story AFTER the patch had received.
