The WIKI describes this discovered crafting item with given stats, and as soulbound on use. In fact, because it is an Explorer item the stats are set upon double-click. More importantly (to me at least, having just crafted two for sale) this should be described as both soulbound on use and Account Bound. This is actually a WIKI problem but I can’t figure out how to change it and I thought someone else more skilled could maybe do it.
At the top of every wiki page there are a few tabs. Simply click on the “edit” tab, then change the test to the clarified answer.
