Yep same here lost dye slots and now have a bright red dagger attached to my whole black outfit, look C*AP!!! Also my leggings are stuck on the horrid red also??? Please sort this out getting fedup of new patches buggering up this outfit for some reason!!!

there was just a recent patch and it seems that the armour is still bugged :\

I have this bug on medium boots. I dont have the coat or legs so I cannot tell for them, but definitely on the boots.

They had before the Sky Pirates patch each three area’s to dye, and now they only have two. Now it has been three days and three new builds or updates and this still hasn’t been resolved please fix this issues. It is disappointing that it hasn’t been corrected already.

For me it is male human medium OoW boots that have been transmuted in PVE.

Still not a fix omg arena net please fix this i dont want to buy the cultural boots

This is a new bug for me. Appeared after Pirates patch. Anyone else having this occur?

In my case it is my Medium Chest, leg, and foot armor. They have been transmuted up to CoF armor stats. I cannot speak to the shoulder or arm armor because I did not keep those skins. It did not affect the Helm armor piece however, which was also transmuted up to CoF armor stats.

Wearing medium boots and legs, both have the same issue. They were transmuted long ago onto berserker gear. HALP, looking cool is my favorite part of the game!

Com’on fix this bug already, everytime we get a major update we get our whisper’s armor bugged out to stupid reds. PLEASE sort this for next fix update and then for good so this does not happen again

Transmuted coat OoW medium. Non-transmuted from vendor has the same issue. Hope a fix comes soon. Medium wearing plant rper would like to be able to play their character again.

Yep lots of people including me has this problem with the medium armor, not sure on light or heavy but its has dye locked to red as the armor chart 3rd slot is missing so its locked until fixed. This happens after every big update now. And does need to be addressed, mended and not allowed to repeat after every big patch.

I said to the hell with it and salvaged my OoW gear. Yes I replaced it first.
That solution worked great for me lol

Same here. Transmuted on lvl 80 exotic. Bright red and ugly.

I like that there is an instant hotfix when its because people are making gold (selling the new JP shoulders for 60s) Nevermind the people who have been waiting a week for you to correct the appearance of there characters? nice that.

This result and those part of the items assigned that dye option that now disappeared turning a bright red. The armor has been transmuted. This issue has been going on a week now. What is the point of updating content every two weeks if it isn’t tested enough to avoid bugs. This last patch was the buggiest one yet. I would much rather have content updated once a month with no or less bugs. Fix this Issue!!!!

I find it odd that the previous times this has occurred ArenaNet was quick to acknowledge and fix it. This time only a single “This will be looked at” comment 6 days ago and then not one single word on the issue since, let alone a silent fix for it. They should know what has caused it since it has happened before and they’ve fixed it before…twice. So what is so different this time that they can’t and are also remaining totally silent on the issue?

Yet another patch and no fix to this ongoing issue, they claim they are going to release new content every two weeks thats a lark,we will be permanently kicked for new builds at this rate.

Honestly I say we deserve a refund.. for the armor and the stones wasted -.-; I got skinned over my OoW armor because i was so tired of seeing the red when it was my main set for wvw.

i agree with you, its so kittening annoying but what can we do, i dont have any better shoes than whisper medium boots to match my style…..

Come on, devs, will you please fix this issue already. I’m sure it’s not very challenging and you’ve had the exact same issue before, as evidenced in this thread. And almost immediately fixed, I might add.

This is getting embarrassing. And extremely annoying. You have a sizeable roleplaying playerbase, you know? This stuff is actually important to us.

I know that dye’s arn’t the center of the game but this is twice now the dagger on male medium Whisper boots have turned bright red. I’m not sure what the reason is but hoping it is fixed soon. Last time this happened it was fixed within a week. It’s been almost 2 weeks now. ><
