So I am writing this about an hour after the patch.

I purchased an invader’s accessory (earpiece). I tried to apply an exquisite sapphire jewel to the unused upgrade slot and could not, which seemed strange since I had one of these jewels on my other invaders accessory. I then tried to apply a normal sapphire orb to the unused upgrade slot and that did not work either.

Yeah i have had the same issue. its quite weird

Yeah, I have the same problem as well. The accessory stays red when I hover over it with an upgrade. Its most likely because they are lv 70 and not lv 80 accessories…

That is not a bug. ALL Exquisite jewels have a lv80 requirement. Your accessory is only lv 68. The other person’s is only lv70.

It looks like the vendor for Invader’s items auto adjust their inventory based on character level. If you buy the accessory with a less than 80 character you won’t be able to apply an Exquisite jewel.
