Cannot Apply Utility infusion to Vekk’s Solidified Aether Circuit
-Server: Sorrow’s Furnace
-Map/location: Lion’s Arch
-Character info(level, race, profession): Level 80 Human Mesmer
-How to reproduce issue: Had purchased a Vekk’s Solidified Aether Circuit, a unique Ascended Amulet from a laurel vendor before the overhaul to magic find. Was prompted to reset stats. Today, spent 20 laurels on a Utility infusion to fit it. However, the infusion does not see the amulet as a valid target. On right-clicking the only option is “Destroy”. Double-clicking prompts a “move item” cursor instead of an application cursor.
