Since the new update i’m not able to access gem store page on Black lion trading company. When i ask many guys in-game they say its fine for me, is it only me or anyone else also facing this issue. Please reply, i need to buy something in gem store asap for my progress. I have tried restarting the game several times still doesn’t help. If someone knows what could be the issue please do tell me. Thanks

hey Jinx, I am also facing the same issue after yesterdays update. I tried all kinds of troubleshooting but to no avail. In the end I got frustrated and reported a bug. Hope it reaches them. The thing is, for some of them its the TP that is not loading and for others its the Gem Exchange page for us its the Gem store page.
I also desperately need a fix for this
