Item description when I hover over the Fragments of the Solid Ocean item in my crafting panel tells me I can buy these from the Basic Decorations Vendor, yet when I go to buy them, he has no such item. Douglas Bird is the Basic Decorations Vendor in Lost Precipice, is he not? So why is this item not showing up? I have asked another guild member is she can see the item in his list, and she can’t see it either. Where has it gone?

They are at the decoration trophy trader, the one who exchanges boss trophies as well.

That tooltip has an error. In the patch notes it was:

“Fragments of the Solid Ocean can be purchased from the Guild Decoration Trader for fractal relics.”
