Guild Wars 2

There has been a bug for at least 9 months now that stops you buying gems. It just comes up with a blank box. I’ve seen it reported before and nothing done about it. It seems silly because its losing Anet money and frustrating for us players. Im currently on a Mac client, not sure if that is relevant or not. Either way, Im confused why nothing has been done about this when the issue has existed for so long. Please sort it out

If it’s any comfort, I can’t even open up that box after the update.
