Hello, I have reported this several times in game before but it still keeps happening to me.
I have story completed, so I have the Elixir recipe.

Upon collecting all ingredients and accessing the pond to craft Elixir in Bitterfrost, ingredients dissapear from my inventory and I do not get any Elixir buff.
Before, I used to give it a few tries and eventually got the buff on the second crafting attempt. But, as of lately, one cannot buy more grawl stones a day and therefore it blocks the progress for me completely.

So pretty much, gathering ingredients and using the pond left me with empty inventory of the items used and no buff.

Have you tried -repairing the client, in case of corrupted file(s)? Instructions found in the Knowledge Base accessed via the ‘Support’ link above/below.

Could you try again on a different character and, if it doesn’t work, can you post a screenshot that includes your skillbar?

I’ve seen reports of people unable to get the grawlstone, but none of people having the ingredients, having them accepted at the hot spring, and yet not getting any buff. So whatever is going on for your situation is unusual — resolving it will take some additional clues.

I can try a different character tomorrow when I will be able to get the grawl stone again.
But like I said, there are days I got the buff the first try and days where I had to redo it. Haven’t made elixir since the grawl stone became daily gated.

To add, only thing I can think off related is my story not turning off.
I reported that already too some days ago. All the story is turned off in the menu, but I still get green markers on the right corner.

Also I have never received master achievement reward upon completing all the achievements but one, that isn’t necessary to complete to get it. I did get the chest with gloves, but interface never registered I got the reward or completed the achievements.
