The mail problem was fixed, but the problem is I cannot receive any mail from my friends. My account name and character name is the name so I’m not sure if that’s the problem. The mail sent by them has been lost into infinity, which is frustrating for both sides.
Just adding in that I have this same issue. Somebody or something is intercepting all pigeons sent to me.
My wife had something similar until she realized that her mailbox was full – just double check you’re not at 10/10 on your mailbox
