Guild Wars 2

I wanted to gift one of my friends a costume from the TP shop. It has every other friend on my friends list but them! I have tried reloading, relogging, switching characters, and re-adding my friend. Has this happened to anyone else? For some reason when it asks me to select a friend on the list that person isn’t there! Maybe the TP is just being fussy. If anyone has any idea what might be the issue please let me know!

Is your friend new (-ish)? That might be the issue.

if your friend is online, try carefully typing in the character’s name that they are on. I have had this issue before and doing that got around it. just be careful when typing their character’s name
