Guild Wars 2

After logging in after the update, I clicked the green star thing to activate the episode. However, I did not receive the email directing me to Fort Selma.

When I open my story journal, Ican see the episode is there. When I click on it, I see the locked achievements, etc, but I cannot activate it to progress the story.

Try clicking on the star icon in your Hero Panel, rather than Living Story. That should open up the panel to accept this episode.
