For some reason I cannot trade the tournament ticket to the NPC beside the Tournament Master NPC, anyone know why?. Also the only option provided to me when I have the tournament ticket in inventory is “No, Thanks”

The Tournament Master is who you speak to to browse and enter a match. The Ticket Merchant only sells tickets.

The wiki page says that you can talk to the ticket merchant to trade your tournament tickets for tournament chest, this option does not open up for me
