Guild Wars 2

I am not able to upgrade my armor using the “unused upgrade slot”. I am level 54 and wanting to upgrade my armor using a Platinum Doubloon. My armor is souldbound but when I read the wiki I didn’t see anything about not being able to upgrade soulbound items. I am also running the Mac Beta.

For what level is the armor your trying to upgrade?? the req. level 50 for the doublon is for the armor piece its going on. So if the armorpiece is for e.g. lvl 49 you cant upgrade it (and that wouldnt be a bug)

Oh so when it says level 50 it’s not talking about my characters level, but for the level that is listed on the armor? Sorry for the confusion but I was thinking as long as I was 54 I should be able to attach it to any armor.
