I want to change my spec and for that purpose bought a grandmaster’s training manual (i have already bought one and have skill up 25 point). But i cannot use it. I read that one cannot use Grandmaster’s manual unless one has learned the master’s manual first. But i already have learned the master’s manual AND the grandmaster’s one… I jsut want to change my spec…

You don’t have to buy the book again to respec your traits. Speak to the trainer and read his options. He/she offers an option to retrain your traits for a lot less coin.
